A Message to Our Customers on COVID-19
Dear Customers,
Like many of you, we have been closely following the COVID-19 (commonly known as the coronavirus) situation. During this time, the health, safety and overall well-being of our customers and our associates is our top priority.
With this in mind, we have been responding to new information as it arises and preparing for possible scenarios, with the goal of continuing to safely serve our customers. In addition to the guidelines provided by the CDC, WHO and local health departments, we are taking the following steps to ensure our workplace remains safe.
  • Our locations are performing additional cleaning measures to maintain a safe environment. Hand sanitizer is provided for customer and associate use.
  • Any Reeb® associate experiencing flu-like symptoms is asked to remain home.
  • We are limiting travel of our associates and business partners. In its place we are increasing the use of remote communications.
  • Meetings are being conducted virtually where possible and physical meetings are being kept to an absolute minimum, rescheduled or cancelled.
Rest assured, in the face of adversity, we will do everything in our power to continue to serve our customers and manage lead times to the best of our ability.
