1. Warranty Coverage: Our warranty is the sole and exclusive coverage we extend for our products and workmanship, offering enhanced protection and peace of mind. Remedies available to holders may include repair, replacement, or other reasonable remedies that REEB deems appropriate. REEB may also provide field service to the product in covered territories.
2. Warranty Period: REEB’s workmanship will be covered for a period of one year from the date of product delivery to your dealer or job site. If we provide remedies under the warranty, such as service or replacement products, it is important to note that this warranty does not renew or extend beyond this initial year. Please keep in mind that other third-party warranties may apply to the product and may have different terms, limitations, and exclusions.
3. Holder Definition: A "Holder" refers to the original property owner(s) where our product is installed. This also includes any dealers, builders, and contractors in the chain of title and distribution of the product to the original property owner. Please be aware that this definition does not transfer to subsequent buyers or entities.
4. How to File a Warranty Claim: In the event you discover a defect, the holder should promptly reach out to your dealer or REEB within 30 days. To expedite the process, kindly provide proof of ownership/purchase, purchase date, and a detailed description of the defect. Unless there is an immediate safety concern, no third party shall repair, install, replace, or alter the product before it undergoes inspection by REEB.
5. REEB Warranty Solutions: Should we identify a covered defect; we offer multiple solutions. These may include product or component repair, the provision of a comparable replacement, or another suitable resolution at our discretion.
6. Exclusions and Conditions: Certain conditions and actions fall outside the scope of warranty coverage. These may encompass costs beyond the product (e.g., labor, shipping), defects resulting from misuse or extreme conditions, damage due to improper finishing or sealing, normal wear and tear, and more. 7. Disclaimers and Limits: Our new warranty stands as the sole and exclusive coverage provided by REEB. We do not assume liability for special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages. Our liability is capped at the purchase price of the product linked to the claim.
8. Legal Provisions: Dispute resolution will be conducted through binding arbitration, with exceptions for small claims court. The American Arbitration Association (AAA) will oversee the arbitration process. Disputes should commence with written notice to REEB. This Warranty adheres to US federal and Pennsylvania state laws and explicitly waives class actions and jury trials.
