REEB offers express limited warranties on certain products or materials manufactured by REEB or services provided by REEB that, when applicable, will be available at REEB’s website. Except for any such express written warranty provided by REEB, REEB provides no warranty, express or implied, with respect to products or services, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, all of which are expressly disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. On the other hand, some components and materials distributed by REEB may be warranted by independent manufacturers. REEB does not adopt the warranties of independent manufacturers but rather, to the fullest extent permitted by law and the independent manufacturer’s terms and conditions, REEB passes through those independent manufacturer limited warranties to the buyers.
